Subscribe to both Conversion Widgets and Booking Widget to save $10/month on your Conversion Widgets subscription. The discount applies automatically in either direction—whether you add Booking to an existing Conversion Widgets subscription or vice versa.

How Plan Changes Work

Upgrade Upgrading to a Higher Plan

When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the price difference based on the days remaining in your current period. Your new plan features activate immediately.

Example: Starter ($29) to Pro ($49) at Day 15 of 30
Days remaining: 15
Price difference: $49 - $29 = $20
Prorated charge: $20 × (15/30) = $10.00 charged today

What happens: You pay the prorated difference immediately, get access to Pro features right away, and your next full billing cycle will be charged at $49/month.

Downgrade Downgrading to a Lower Plan

When you downgrade mid-billing cycle, you receive a credit for the unused portion of your higher-priced plan. This credit is automatically applied to your future invoices.

Example: Expert ($99) to Starter ($29) at Day 7 of 30
Days remaining: 23
Price difference: $29 - $99 = -$70
Prorated credit: -$70 × (23/30) = $53.67 credit

What happens: You lose higher-tier features immediately (widget limits, website limits, etc.). The credit applies to your next invoice. In this example, your next month would be: $29 - $53.67 = $0 due, with $24.67 credit remaining.

Cancel Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. By default, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain access until then.

Widgets continue working during this time
No refund issued (you've already paid for the period)

After cancellation: Your widgets will stop appearing on your website once the billing period ends. Your account and settings are preserved in case you decide to resubscribe.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Click "Change Plan" to view available options. Plan changes are processed through Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can review any proration before confirming.

When does proration apply?

Proration applies whenever you change plans mid-billing cycle:

  • Upgrades: You're charged the prorated difference immediately
  • Downgrades: You receive a credit applied to future invoices

The proration is calculated based on the exact number of days remaining in your billing period.

What happens to my widgets if I downgrade?

When you downgrade to a plan with fewer features:

  • Widget limits: If your new plan allows fewer widgets, you may need to disable some
  • Website limits: If downgrading from Premium/Expert (3 sites) to Starter/Pro (1 site), additional sites will be suspended
  • Feature restrictions: Plan-specific features like CSV export, branding removal, or unlimited AI generations may become unavailable

Your widget configurations are preserved, so if you upgrade again, everything will be restored.

How does the bundle discount work?

When you have both Conversion Widgets and Booking Widget subscriptions active, you automatically receive $10/month off your Conversion Widgets plan:

  • Starter: $29 → $19/month
  • Pro: $49 → $39/month
  • Premium: $79 → $69/month
  • Expert: $99 → $89/month

The discount applies automatically. If you cancel one product, the discount is removed and the remaining subscription returns to its regular price.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, but we handle each situation individually. If you have concerns about a charge or believe there was an error, please contact us at billing@cravemedia.io and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.

How do I update my payment method?

Click "Manage Billing" in the Billing tab of your dashboard. This opens Stripe's secure customer portal where you can:

  • Add, update, or remove payment methods
  • View your billing history and download invoices
  • Update your billing address
What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. You'll receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method. Your widgets will continue working during this grace period, but if the payment isn't resolved, your subscription may be suspended.

Do you offer annual billing?

Currently, all subscriptions are billed monthly. We may introduce annual billing options in the future. Contact us if you're interested in this option.
