Yes! Our widgets work on any website platform including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, custom HTML sites, or any CMS. Installation is simple—just paste a single line of code into your website's header or footer. No plugins required, no complicated setup.

Can I Use This on Wix, Squarespace, or Other Website Builders?

Absolutely. As long as your platform allows you to add custom HTML/JavaScript code (which most do), you can install our widgets. Look for options like "Custom Code," "HTML Embed," or "Footer Code" in your website builder settings.

Do I Need Coding Knowledge to Set This Up?

No coding knowledge required! Installation is as simple as copy-and-paste. Your dashboard provides the exact code snippet you need—just copy it and paste it into your website. We provide step-by-step instructions with screenshots in the Installation tab of your dashboard.

How Long Does Setup Take?

Most clients complete setup in under 10 minutes. Here's the typical timeline:

  • Copy installation code: 1 minute
  • Paste into website: 2-5 minutes (depends on your platform)

  • Test on your site: 1-2 minutes

You'll be up and running before you know it!

What Happens During the 14-Day Free Trial?

Your 14-day trial gives you full access to all features of your selected plan (Starter, Pro, Premium, or Expert). No credit card required to start. You can configure widgets, customize settings, and see real analytics. Before your trial ends, you'll receive reminders to subscribe. If you don't subscribe, widgets will stop appearing on your site, but your settings and data are saved for easy reactivation.

Installation & Technical Setup

How Do I Install Widgets on My Website?

Follow these 5 simple steps to get your widgets live:

  1. Log into your Client Dashboard
  2. Click the "Installation" tab
  3. Copy the installation code snippet (includes your unique client ID)
  4. Paste the code into your website's header (<head>) or footer section (before </body>)
  5. Save/publish your website

Widgets will appear automatically based on your enabled widgets. That's it!

Where Exactly Should I Paste the Installation Code?

Installation location varies by platform. Here's where to paste the code for popular website builders:

WordPress: Use a plugin like "Insert Headers and Footers" or add to your theme's header.php or footer.php file before the closing
</body> tag.

Wix: Dashboard → Settings → Custom Code → Add code to "Body - End" section.

Squarespace: Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Footer section.

Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit Code → theme.liquid file before </body>.

Custom Sites: Paste before the closing </body> tag on every page, or in a global footer template.

Do I Need to Install Code on Every Page?

No! Install the code once in your site's global header or footer template, and it will automatically appear on all pages. The widgets intelligently show/hide based on your configuration and page-specific headline settings. One installation covers your entire site.

Will the Widgets Slow Down My Website?

No. Our widgets are engineered for maximum performance:

  • No measurable impact on page speed for most clients

Can I Test Widgets Before Going Live?

Yes! After installation, test your widgets by:

  • Visiting your website in an incognito/private browser window
  • Checking that widgets appear with your configured settings

  • Using the live preview feature in your dashboard's Widget Configuration section

What If Widgets Don't Appear on My Site?

Can I Change My Plan Later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll have instant access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. If you're using features beyond your new plan's limits (e.g., 3 widgets on a Starter plan), you'll need to disable the extras before downgrading.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is processed automatically each month on your billing date. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime from your Billing tab. There are no cancellation fees, no questions asked, and no long-term contracts. When you cancel:

  • Widgets stop appearing on your site at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep full access to your dashboard and data for 30 days
  • You can reactivate anytime by subscribing again
  • Your configuration and analytics data are safely preserved

What Happens If My Payment Fails?

If a payment fails, we'll:

  1. Send you an email notification immediately
  2. Automatically retry the payment after 3 days
  3. Retry again after 7 days if still unsuccessful
  4. Suspend your account after 10 days (widgets stop appearing, but data is preserved)

You can update your payment information anytime in the Billing tab to restore service immediately. We'll never delete your data due to payment issues.

Customization & Features

How Do I Customize the Widget Colors?

Go to the Settings tab in your dashboard. Each widget has its own comprehensive color options:

  • Brand Color: Main background color for widgets
  • Text Color: Color of headlines and body text
  • Button Color: CTA button background color
  • Button Text Color: Color of text on buttons

Use the intuitive color pickers to match your brand perfectly. Changes appear in the live preview instantly and update on your website within seconds. No coding required!

What Are "Headlines" and How Do They Work?

Headlines are the main messages displayed in your Sidebar and Smart Button widgets. You can create multiple headline variations for automatic A/B testing—our intelligent system rotates them to discover which performs best with your specific audience.

Example headlines:

  • "Book Your Free Consultation"
  • "Schedule a Call Today"
  • "Start Your Journey Now"
  • "Get Your Custom Quote"

The system tracks impressions and conversions for each headline variation, providing clear data on what resonates with your visitors. The best-performing headlines automatically get shown more often.

What Are URL Groups and Why Do I Need Them?

URL Groups let you show different targeted headlines on different pages. This dramatically improves conversions by matching your message to the visitor's context. For example:

  • Homepage: "Book Your Free Consultation"
  • Services page: "Get Started with Our Services"
  • About page: "Meet Our Team - Schedule a Call"
  • Product pages: "Order Now - Free Shipping"

Each group has a primary URL and can include additional URLs and exclusion rules. The number of URL groups varies by plan: Starter: 3 groups, Pro: 5 groups, Premium/Expert: 10 groups.

Can I Customize the Booking Button Text?

Yes! Complete control over your call-to-action. In the Settings tab under Sidebar Configuration, you can customize:

This happens automatically every 30 days (Pro) or 14 days (Premium/Expert), keeping your messaging continually optimized without any manual work. It's like having a conversion copywriter on staff 24/7.

How Does the After-Hours Widget Work?

The After-Hours Widget appears outside your business hours to manage visitor expectations and protect your personal time. You can:

  • Set your business hours by day of week (different hours for each day)
  • Choose your timezone (automatic daylight savings adjustment)
  • Customize the message shown during off-hours
  • Select between two modes: Block calls entirely OR show a flag/warning (lets desktop visitors still call, mobile shows popup)
  • Style the modal to match your brand perfectly

The Smart Coupons Widget displays promotional offers on your website with three elegant, professionally-designed styles:

  • Badge: Elegant circular badge design, ideal for premium/exclusive offers

You can create up to 3 concurrent offers, each with its own headline, discount, disclaimer, and expiration date. The widget automatically rotates between different styles and tests which performs best with your audience through built-in A/B testing.

How Do I Create a Coupon Offer?

In your Dashboard, navigate to the Smart Coupons section. For each offer you can configure:

  • Headline: Eye-catching text like "Save 20% Today!" or "Limited Time: $50 Off"
  • Discount Type: Percentage or dollar amount
  • Discount Value: The actual discount (e.g., "20%" or "$50")
  • Disclaimer: Fine print like "Valid on first purchase only" or "Cannot be combined"
  • Expiration Mode: Choose rolling 7-day or 14-day expiration
  • Design Styles: Select which of the 3 design styles to rotate for this offer

Available on all plans when Smart Coupons widget is enabled.

Can I Show Different Coupons on Different Pages?

Yes! Advanced URL targeting for maximum relevance. Each coupon offer has powerful URL targeting options:

  • Primary Page URL: The main page where this offer appears
  • Additional URLs: Other pages to show this offer (one URL per line)
  • Excluded URLs: Pages where this offer should NOT appear

The Smart Coupons Widget automatically tests multiple variables simultaneously using advanced algorithms:

  • Design Styles: Rotates between Dashed, Ticket, and Badge styles
  • Background Colors: Tests up to 5 different background colors
  • Button Texts: Tests up to 5 different call-to-action phrases
  • Headlines: Optionally tests rotating AI-generated headlines

The system uses an epsilon-greedy algorithm (80% winner, 20% exploration) to show the best-performing combinations while still testing new alternatives. Analytics track impressions and clicks for each variation in real-time, so you always know what's working best and can make data-driven decisions.

What Is the VIP Badge and Ribbon Feature?

Smart Coupons can display optional decorative elements that create urgency and exclusivity:

  • VIP Badge: Circular badge in top-left corner with customizable text like "VIP ONLY," "EXCLUSIVE," "LIMITED," "MEMBERS ONLY"

How Do Coupon Expirations Work?

Smart Coupons support rolling expiration dates that create urgency:

  • 7-Day Rolling: Expires 7 days from when the visitor first sees it
  • 14-Day Rolling: Expires 14 days from when the visitor first sees it

The expiration countdown can display in two strategic positions:

  • Below Disclaimer: Traditional placement at the bottom
  • Above Disclaimer: More prominent placement for maximum urgency

Expiration dates create FOMO (fear of missing out) and encourage faster conversions. The countdown is calculated in real-time based on each visitor's first impression, ensuring every visitor sees a personalized deadline.

Analytics & Performance

How Do I View My Widget Performance?

Go to the Analytics tab in your dashboard for comprehensive performance insights. You'll see:

  • Impressions: How many times each headline or offer was displayed to visitors
  • Conversions: How many times visitors clicked your CTA button or engaged
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of impressions that converted (the key metric)
  • Winner Badge: Clearly identifies your best-performing headline or offer
  • Time Filters: View data for Last 7/30/90 days or All Time

You can see detailed breakdowns for each widget type and export complete data to CSV (Pro, Premium, and Expert plans).

What Counts as a "Conversion"?

A conversion is recorded when a visitor takes action by clicking on:

  • Your Sidebar Widget's booking/call button
  • Your Smart Button widget
  • Your After-Hours Widget's CTA button
  • Your Smart Coupons widget's action button

Conversions indicate genuine interest and engagement. We track these interactions to help you understand which headlines, offers, and widget styles drive the most meaningful action from your visitors.

Can I Export My Analytics Data?

Yes, if you're on a Pro, Premium, or Expert plan. Click the "Export Analytics" button in the Analytics tab to download a comprehensive CSV file with all
your historical data, including:

  • All headline and offer variations (current and past)
  • Detailed impression and conversion counts
  • Date ranges and time-based performance metrics
  • URL group information and targeting data

Starter plan users can view all analytics in the dashboard but cannot export. Perfect for presentations, reports, or importing into your own analytics tools.

How Do I Clear My Analytics to Start Fresh?

In the Analytics tab, click "Clear All Analytics Data" at the bottom. You'll need to confirm three times (it's permanent and irreversible!). This deletes all historical data and starts tracking from zero. This is useful if you:

  • Want to measure performance after a major website redesign or rebranding
  • Had test data you want to remove before going live
  • Are starting a completely new campaign or offer
  • Need a clean slate for accurate A/B testing

Important: This action cannot be undone, so export your data first if you want to keep historical records.

Can I Use Widgets on Multiple Websites?

Yes! Premium and Expert plans support up to 3 separate websites with complete independence. Each site has its own configuration:

  • Unique domain name
  • Separate widget settings and customization
  • Individual headlines and URL groups
  • Independent analytics and performance tracking

Use the convenient site selector in your dashboard to switch between sites. Install the same code on all sites—our intelligent system automatically detects which site a visitor is on and shows the correct configuration. Perfect for agencies, franchises, or businesses with multiple brands.

How Does Multi-Site Detection Work?

Our system automatically identifies which website a visitor is viewing based on the domain name (e.g., website1.com vs. website2.com vs. website3.com). You configure each site separately in your dashboard, and the widgets intelligently display the right content, colors, and offers for each domain. No special configuration needed,
no additional code
—it just works seamlessly!

Can Someone Else Manage My Account?

Currently, each account has one primary user (the account owner). If you need team access or want to hand off management to a developer, marketing team, or agency, you can:

  • Share login credentials (use a strong, unique password and consider a password manager)
  • Change the email address in the Account tab to transfer ownership
  • Contact support if you need multiple user accounts (we're exploring multi-user features for future updates)
